Process Systems Solutions
Our Process Systems Solutions cover a very broad area of applications, in which we work together with partners and take full responsibility not only for the equipment functioning correctly but for product output and outcome. This process guarantee approach is based on a detailed pre-operation analysis involving all parties to make sure the actual results will be as expected. It covers engineering, design, equipment manufacture, delivery, installation, commissioning, and start-up through to final product outcome. Among our solutions are synthesis units for HCl, HNO3, H2SO4, acid recovery, concentration and dilution plants, mixers and dryers, and more.
HCl SYNTHESIS UNIT
We provide secure and reliable ultra-pure HCl production units, based on a synthesis of Cl2 and H2 for Chlor-alkali, that are proven in more than 600 HCl references. Capacity can range from 2 to 180 t/d on 100% HCl basis, with a turn-down ratio of 5% of nameplate capacity. Product acid concentration can be up to 38% w/w, and free Cl2 in the product is < 1 ppm with H2 excess in combustion typically 3-7%.
ACID RECOVERY
For any process requiring recovery or purification of waste acids, we can supply the right system to do so in a safe, efficient, and environmentally secure manner. This includes mineral waste acids like HCl, HNO3, H2SO4 mixed with water or other acids or contaminated with other inorganic/organic components. Our offering includes the design and delivery of a wide range of corrosion-resistant key process equipment, supported by high-level in-house experience.
MIXERS AND DRYERS
Depending on your specific needs we can design, engineer, install, and commission systems to meet all your mixing and drying needs, based on multiple coordinated assembly groups and machines. Starting from a product idea in, for example, the pharmaceutical and food technology sector, we design the process and provide all planning documents, such as P&ID flow diagrams, installation drawings, and descriptions. The result is a production-ready mixing or drying line, developed to meet your specific requirements.
