We are looking for a Bioprocess Sales Manager.
This position involves close dialogue with customers, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry, such as Pfizer, Sobi, Cytiva, Cobra Biologics, Repligen, Biovian, and more. Your responsibility would be product groups for the processes such as the cultivation, filtration, and single-use fluid handling.
The position is permanent employment, located in Stockholm, Sweden, or Helsinki, Finland – see the office location.
About the position
This position involves managing customer contacts in your business area. The job is to collaborate with customer contacts in different types of job positions such as Material Planners, Quality Assurance Officers, Bioprocess Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, etc.
Your ability to build trust and confidence with customers will often be what determines the outcome. Knowledge about the right solution is what makes entire processes work. We believe that this type of customer focus is crucial to becoming successful.

Examples of tasks include:
- Plan and execute the sales work in the short-term and long-term
- Take overall responsibility for the bioprocess business and gather all knowledge in one place
- Develop concepts and strategies
- Contact and meet potential customers with customized offers
- Hold presentations for customers
- Attend trade fairs and exhibitions
The position involves all-year-round traveling and a large part of your work takes place at the customer site. You will plan your work and traveling schedule yourself.
We expect you have relevant education and experience from bioprocess, filtration, life science, or similar. Experience of 3-5 years in the bioprocess industry. You don’t have to have sales experience.
For this position, your personality is more important than your sales experience. We are looking for a person who has a positive attitude and who sees solutions and opportunities rather than problems. As a person, you have a great interest in meeting people, and you thrive with a desire to try new things and a willingness to succeed.
In this role you communicate with customers in the Nordic region, therefore the role requires that you master English and one Nordic language fluently. The job position requires a driver’s license B.
