Single-use overmolded manifolds and bioprocess containers prevent product losses and contamination, and increase productivity through reduced system set up time. In recognizing that every bioprocess is different, Parker manifolds consist of tubing, bioprocess containers, filters, sensors and other components configurable to integrate with your process.

As an independent system integrator, Parker is able to implement all common single-use pharma components (tubing, vent fihers, aseptic connectors, etc.) from approved manufacturers into custom-made tubing manifolds (PureTain®). As a resuh, customers are able to continue using their internally validated and establisl’led brands and products. Parker’s experts will assist you in component selection, safety level assessment, suitable sterilization options and validation requirements. Parker’s proprietary overmolding technology allows us to offer reliable, tailored tube·to·tube connections in a wide variety of combinations. X, Y and T configurations are fully customizable to your specific needs. Our ability to integrate silicone and TPE tubing regardless of tubing diameter, tubing length or brand provides you with major overall system cost benefits and the freedom to choose from your trusted and validated material pool. The use of Parker’s overmolding technology eliminates the need for cable ties ensu:ring tamper-proof connection of various types of tubing and generating a closed system environment for the processing of your valuable product. Minimizing stress on your product as it progresses through the various stages of the manufacturing process was one of the milestone goals in designing our gateway solutions. Consequently, there are no edges or protrusions in the fluid path, which eliminates dead zones and guarantees laminar flow of the product through tl’le gateway. The TPE/silicone overmolded gateways provide a tubing connection that meets evefl the harshest cold chain transportation requirements. Their material performance is on par with that of the TPE/silicone tubing utilized. Parker also offers highly precise overmolded manifold systems for final filling applications. In order to perfectly process fluid on a low volume level, Parker Pradifa developed a micro overmolding process enabling the manufacture of manifolds with an inner tubing diameter down to 1.6 mm: an excellent choice for applications involving the use of peristahic pumps. In addition to our standard tube connectors, which are available in TPE and silicone materials for various tubing sizes, we have developed special traceability solut ions. Our molded label technology allows us to integrate custom-designed labels into overmolded T, X, Y or stopper connections to guarantee maximum traceability even under challenging environmental conditions such as autoclaving and beta/gamma irradiation cycles or in contact with aggressive media.
