Your responsibility would be product groups within powder handling. The position is permanent full-time employment, located in Stockholm, Sweden – see the office location.

This position involves managing customer contacts in your business area for Sweden and Norway markets within different industries such as chemistry, fine chemistry, fuel & polymer, food & beverage. The role requires that you master English and Swedish fluently. The position involves all-year-round traveling and a large part of your work takes place at the customer site when circumstances allow. The job position requires a driver’s license B.

For this position, your personality is more important than your sales experience. We are looking for a person who has a positive attitude and who sees solutions and opportunities rather than problems. Technical trade company Thurne is expanding its Parker product portfolio to include bioprocessing and pharmaceutical products from its Poland location.

This new collaboration, commenced on January 1st, 2021, is an exciting development for both companies. Sales Manager

to a new component sales position located in Helsinki, Finland.

Mission 

We want to increase focus on the piping and safety components in our portfolio for the pharma-, food- and chemical industry. Your task is to build and bring the component sales to a whole new level in Finland. You will be responsible for long-term and systematic sales work of products like PTFE hoses for demanding conditions, rupture discs, breather valves, and flame arrestors as well as special piping in glass-lined and PTFE-lined steel. You will represent well-known brands such as Continental Disc Corporation (CDC), Markert Group (Marsoflex), Mersen, and De Dietrich Process Systems. 

As the sales manager, you will be responsible for the sales of your product portfolio to industrial customers throughout Finland. Succeeding in this role requires close collaboration with both customers and our suppliers in Central Europe. You will be our supplier’s representative in Finland. You are responsible for both acquiring new customers and maintaining and developing existing customer relationships. Your customers are typically maintenance professionals, production engineers, and piping designers.
