FEEDERS
Loss-in-weight (LIW) feeders offer the best and highest precision for bulk material dosing and batching. This includes screw feeders, vibratory feeders, bulk-solids pumps, weigh belts, liquid feeders and flow meters. All feeders are offered in a variety of configurations, which can be combined to create the optimal solution for any application.
ISOLATORS
For producing high potency and aseptic materials, we design and supply turnkey, process-integrated containment technology solutions. These help ensure compliance with current regulatory, health and safety standards while maintaining complete flexibility. Our offering includes custom-made isolators to meet your quality, safety and cost efficiency targets.
SPLIT BUTTERFLY VALVES
Safe charging, dosing, and emptying of powders is aided by split butterfly valves consisting of an active and a passive valve. This helps reduce the risk of contamination and burdensome PPE requirements, while meeting GMP and product quality standards, and maximizing yield. Split butterfly valves provide containment levels of <0.1 µg/m3 (OEB 5) and have proven containment performance which meet the ISPE SMEPAC (Standardized Measurement of Equipment Particulate Airborne Contamination) guidelines.
SINGLE-USE SYSTEMS
Fast setup and take down, no cross-contamination, simplified hardware needs and minimal cleaning and validation efforts make single use systems easy to use, and an effective way to save time, money and hassle. Single-Use Systems can comprise flexible isolators, transfer packs, continuous liners, split-butterfly valves and other components. Typical applications may include dispensing, pack-off, powder transfer, and sampling, as well as maintenance and cleaning. Containment levels of <1 μg/m3 (OEB 5) are proven.
DCS and SAFEDOCK
DCS® – Drum Containment System is a technology which can be used for various applications, while offering a simple solution to meet high containment requirements, at levels of <1 μg/m3 (OEB 5). This technology is used for emptying and filling of drums or big bags, and also for sampling.
SafeDock is an advanced new system for big bag emptying that allows for a very fast and simplified docking operation, while guaranteeing a very high level of containment. Containment levels are between 1-10 μg/m3 (OEB 3-4).
